My Creative Workshop Offerings

I hold space for people to return to their creativity—gently, intuitively, and without pressure. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush after years away or simply craving a moment to reconnect with yourself, my workshops offer a warm, welcoming place to begin.

Each session begins with a grounding visualisation or a simple writing prompt to help you tune in, followed by time to explore freely using a range of materials.

Whether you’re drawn to expressive mixed media or the soulful depth of SoulCollage®, you are warmly welcome to join me—online or in person.

I’m always happy to be contacted if you’d like to book me for private one-to-one or group workshops—whether for yourself, friends, parties, or events. I offer sessions both in person and online.

You tell me your needs, and I will curate a bespoke workshop tailored exactly to your requirements.

  • I had the pleasure of attending one of Abigail’s multimedia art workshops at a recent festival, and it was a truly inspiring experience. Abigail is an amazing facilitator who created a warm, inclusive environment where every participant felt supported in their creative process. Her attentiveness to each person’s ideas and her ability to offer meaningful guidance made a huge difference. She shared thoughtful prompts and techniques that sparked creativity and helped us all dive deeper into our mixed media collages. Abigail is not only a talented artist but also a natural teacher. Her passion for art and dedication to fostering individual expression were evident throughout the workshop. I left feeling energized, encouraged, and proud of what I created. I highly recommend her workshops to anyone looking to explore their creativity in a welcoming and inspiring space.

  • "I took part in a mixed media art workshop that Abigail facilitated. Abigail made me feel so comfortable and free to express myself creatively and intuitively from the first moment of the session. Initially, she encouraged us to generate ideas through some guided writing prompts and then we were free to get going on our creations. Her prompts enabled me to tap into some deeper emotions and memories which I channelled as I started creating my own piece of art. Abigail continued to support us throughout the session but in a non-intrusive way, so that each participant felt free to develop their own work. She also provided some wonderful art supplies and it was such a delight to experiment with different paints and art pens. I felt so happy with the mixed-media collage / painting I created and I can't wait to do another session with Abigail."

  • "I took part in Abigail's workshop as a part of a themed event on playing our part in community. She showed us the possibilities of using our own art as backgrounds for SoulCollage®️ cards. What I liked best about this workshop was the sense of abundant possibilities and the opportunity to play with different materials. I created a triptych of new SoulCollage®️ cards to add to my desk. Abigail also facilitated us in reading our new cards which was a great development and allowed us to share their wisdom in community too which fitted the theme very well. Thanks for a rich experience Abigail!"

  • "Abigail offered a large selection of materials and explained their properties well.I enjoyed the loose frame of the session, in which she encouraged us to experiment with paints, crayons and collage pictures. It was exciting to explore SoulCollage®️ from a different angle, which greatly inspired me. I loved the combination of creating a background of colour and then adding a collage. The session was rounded off with reading the cards, in a traditional SoulCollage®️ fashion."

  • “Abigail started our workshop with a relaxing visualisation that set the scene for the creative work we were doing. I really enjoyed the measured pace of things and for me the artistic spark came alive again with the gentle encouragement that she gave as we were painting. I had a wonderful, replenishing time!”

Intuitive Mixed Media Workshops

In my mixed media sessions, we play with paints, pens, markers, pastels, collage, texture, and layers—following whatever wants to emerge.

For in-person workshops, I provide all the materials you’ll need. For online sessions, I’ll share a suggested supply list, but you’re encouraged to use whatever you have to hand—crayons, scrap paper, old magazines—keeping things simple, affordable, and accessible.

These workshops are about curiosity, freedom, and trusting your creative instincts. You’ll be gently guided but always supported to follow your own unique flow.

SoulCollage® Sessions

SoulCollage® is a deeply intuitive process of creating personal collage cards using found imagery, which then become tools for inner reflection and insight. You don’t need any artistic experience—just an open heart.

In these sessions, I guide you through each stage: from card creation to gently exploring the “voice” of your card through journaling or sharing (always optional). In in-person SoulCollage® workshops, I supply all images, card bases, glue, and tools.

For online sessions, I’ll suggest easy ways to gather images and materials at home. SoulCollage® can feel like a quiet conversation with your inner self—and a beautiful way to access your own wisdom.
